With all the powerful graphics and action games out today this game is a bad example. It does not make you feel in the game.

Main menu is not readable (appears as blue/gray boxes) and makes the game completely unusable. Buyer beware! (running on OS X Tiger 10.4.11 with Empire 1.05 Rev A).

Several times I just couldn’t stop playing. The strategy involved in this game is superb. The galactic conquest part is the utmost best. An example would be if I say lose Corellia I can hit the Empire wit a force the have never seen before. The game is just so good i’m typing this to readers to BUY THIS GAME NOW!

Apparently this game is a huge hit.
I gave this game to my husband as a gift and we have had only rare sightings of him since.

I have a mid 2007 macbook with the maximum specs (at the time). I thought this would be a powerhouse machine for this game. I was wrong. The game lags way to much if the settings are above the default.
I suggest the PC version. Besides it is very expensive for macs. The cost is not worth it.
